I am trying to add another PC onto my AVG Internet Security that I have purchased. The online instructions say to open the AVG panel and click on "add another device". Problem is I do not see this button. Any ideas?
Hello Stuart,
Please be informed that AVG Zen dashboard has been removed from the latest version of AVG. Hence it is impossible to add devices to AVG program. I also see that you have purchased AVG Internet Security for 2 PC's good till 4/27/2018, hence it can be installed in 2 PC's only. If you are trying to activate AVG Internet Security in second PC, please follow the steps mentioned below:
1. Please open AVG Internet Security and click on "My AVG" icon at top right corner of it.
2. Then click on "My Subscriptions" icon in it. If you find your old license number there, please click on "Remove license".
3. Otherwise, if you find your email address there, then click on "Log out" option.
4. Please follow the 2nd and 3rd steps until you encounter "Enter license" option. Once you encounter "Enter license" option, please click on it and new license number and complete the activation process.
I have also sent the AVG Internet Security license number to your registered email address.
