For "Are you currently using any paid/trial AVG products?" question, click on "Yes".
Please select operating system as "Android" and fill in other requested details.
Finally, click on "request answer via email" which will submit a ticket to our mobile team.
Please keep checking your emails regularly in order to know the status.

I have AVG ultimate subscription for 10 devices. I can get AVG free onto my (new) phone but can't find a way to include phone as as one of 10 devices to get better protection, without ads. How do I add avg on my phone as one of the 10 devices?

Thanks for your answer. Have filled in the request for support as suggested. But unfortunatly there is no option on the form to "Request answer by email" only by phone (The number for Australia is engaged all the time) or by "Chat" which I didn't want. Can you not forward the above request (which contains all the requested information) to tech support with a request to reply by email?
