Please let us know if the AVG Internet Security is blocking your Webcam 7 program.
If it is, you can add the program to the exception list and check if the issue persists.

Hi Guys
i use a virtual ip camera software called webcam7, i have my port open on the router, it seems that Avg firewall is holding it up, it is in the allowed section but do i need to add it in the exception rule, do i add the exe file called wlite.exe which is the file or the whole folder that contains the exe file called webcam 7

I have added the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\webcam 7\wLite.exe in the exception list but there is still something blocking my 8080 port. when i disconnect the firewall everything works as expected.
I have C:\Program Files (x86)\webcam 7\wLite.exe in the allowed list and i have C:\Program Files (x86)\webcam 7\wLite.exe in the exception list. any ideas.
