I read in another post that the instructions for adding an android device states "enter invitation code" but that option is no longer available. Please change your instructions. I spent hours following the directions but to no avail. So, I installed AVG and opened my AVG account on each device. However, my computer still shows the devices as pending. Next, I called in and spoke with two gentlemen who walked me through the signing in my account method again but still computer is showing "pending" for both devices. I have a Samsung Note8. Please advise how to fix this issue.

Please download AVG Cleaner from Google PlayStore on Android device, install it and then enter AVG my account by following below steps:
1.Device Menu -> Settings -> Apps/Application Manager -> AVG -> Uninstall.
2. Restart your device once.
3. Open Google play store app on your device.
4. Search for AVG cleaner.
5. Locate and install the free version of the app.
6. Now open the installed app.
7. Tap on drawer (3 lines) on top-left of the app.
8. Select AVG Account.
9. Enter your My Account email address and password. After that you will be having paid AVG Clear program on your android devices. Feel free to contact us again if you need any further assistance.

I am having the same problem. Bought AVG PC tuneup unlimited and i'm experiencing exact same problem with 2 lenovo android devices. Pls help!
