Hi There Lynne,
The hardware ID of the phone's will cause Zen to see them as the old names still.
If you could remove both devices from your Zen Network and uninstall the App's from your phones then follow the instructions on the YouTube Video on adding devices to your network which i have linked below.

This should resolve your issue, Please feel free to reply should my solution not work for you please feel free to reply to this message.

I have two Samsung phones, an S3 and an S5. When I attempt to add the two phones to ZEN, both identify themselves as SCH-I535. Only one phone is listed in my ZEN network. I've changed the device name for both phones, but they both show as the S5, which was the first one I registered. Is there a way to have both phones registered and shown separately?
The S3 is no longer active on my phone network; the account was transferred to the S5. However, I'm planning to take the S3 with me to Europe and use a local SIM in it, so I want to register it for anti-theft.
