Hello, I followed the overall instruction of adding another device. I have installed AVG on the new device and send the email a few times to the email address that this device can access. I have never recieved the invite once. Any idea ?

I understand your concern. Please let me know if you are trying to install AVG in your Windows or Android device. If it is Windows computer please try to install AVG Internet Security using this link: http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Download-and-install-AVG-Protection.
Once the installation is complete, please open AVG dashboard and click on "AVG Secure VPN" tile. From here you can install and activate the latest version of AVG Secure VPN.
