We have sent you the steps to install and activate the AVG TuneUp through email. Please check for the email and install the program.

Last week I  paid  £26.28 for  Tune Up for  one  year…This to  be added  to my  existing free AVG protection. 
I'm  having  a problem loading this into my W10 computer… After trying to install it - I keep seeing a message saying there is some  incompatability. -  and  to uninstall !   I am just going round in circles -  and  would aopreciate some help!
