After going to FAQ I found out the answer to the missing icon. I repeated trying to install my purchased software and noticed the following. The install starts out great, hesitates at 23 % then goes up to 50%.
then it suddenly disappears… the last time I tried it, I waited 30 minutes.to be sure i was not interrupting. The install. Still no install??? Never had this problem with the free Virus.software.
Can anyone help me with this, Thank you in advance . I even cut VPN off in case this affected it.
