Additional support

I understand your concern. We see from your record that you have an active subscription of AVG Internet Security Unlimited valid till 11/2/2018. We do not see any recent contact of yours in our database. Did the support provide you any reference number for your contact or let us know how you contacted AVG support?
Yesterday I was asked to subscribe for additional support for 1, 2 or three years.  I was then asked for my card number.  Since I pay by direct debit you have my financial details.  Was this you or a scam?
