Addons not updating via "connect"

I apologize for the inconvenience. I see that you have a valid AVG TuneUp - Unlimited (1 year subscription) and AVG Secure VPN (1 year subscription) till 9/30/2018. Hi,

I just bought a one year subscription to Secure VPN and TuneUp which were supposed to automatically appear through AVG homescreen as long as I am connected with my email and password.

I am connected with email and password and nothing has happened, the two add-ons are still unavailable and when clicked only offer option to purchase or try for free. What to do?

Hello Martina,

Thank you for the screenshot. Please click on the AVG PC TuneUp and AVG Secure VPN tab. Click on "Try for Free", this will activate the pro version of AVG in your computer. Even though you click on try for free, it will synchronize the subscription from your account and activate the product to pro version.

Martina, For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
