Addresses in Help, for Support, only produce "error."

AVG Ultimate seems to work okay, but access to support via clicking on Help and using the choices thereunder produces "error."

Also twice every we get a pop-up of "scare ware";  shouldn't AVG Ultimate be capable of intercepting and removing same?  Today's address:  http://neostriata.stream/tlive/?a=AZ&pagex=30&s1=weelh5sOO0JCP1wKAQSKzIuUZJAXDCBHev1hvvHXE2MFfgBioVHEu4XzO6J_NdLCfVpVXl4ZXrNP9OZbDIIN9g%2C%2C&os=Windows&browser=Chrome&isp=Time%20Warner%20Cable%20Internet%20Llc&ip=107.185.151.164&geo=US&q1=WzwmhcDE_hgZRV9GW0ySatnqrfy_LdyUz7m8TPSwwDg%2C

Hello William,

I will certainly check this for you.

Please share us the screenshot http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot of the error message you receive when you try to access support from AVG interface and the screenshot of the scareware.

We will check the same and assist you further.

Thank you for the detailed information.

I have emailed you a link to get connected with our advanced support. Please follow the steps from the email and the concerned team will check this for you.

William, For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

In case "you are unaware", in my experience the "scare ware" in question prevents any keyboard action (such as getting a screenshot) except for use of "esc" key (by which I was able to copy the address supplied; which address appears different each time), through which connection to Internet via google chrome is deleted with return to desk top.  In that I have tried to get AVG support previously, I suspect this will be another vain attempt.
