How can I get around the Administrators name and password? This laptop is a used gift from a young cousin of mine and she cannot remember the password she used to set it up. Its an HP running Windows 8 and works very good. They want $50 to remove her password! I am disabled and on a fixed income! Thanks for any help. Peggy My user name is Hurstnurs1.
