Robert, thank you for trying it out. I believe it is not an AVG issue but with your web browser. Could you please use a different web browser to stream videos and let me know the results?
Everytime I go to a web site that displays a video clip, I get a message saying I need to download the latest Adobe flash player. I have already downloaded the lastest version, but still unable to watch clips. A message appeared at the bottom of the screen when I was downloading the latest version saying to make sure my virus program will allow Adobe to be installed. I'm sure there's a setting in my virus program that's keeping me from installing Adobe. I have Windows 8 with Internet Explorer. Any useful help and information would greatly be appreciated.
I disabled the AVG program, then downloaded the Adobe flash player, then re-booted my computer but still can't view videos. I still get a message saying I need to download the latest version of Adobe to view videos. Guess it's just not meant to be.
Thanks anyway,
Robert
