Adobe will not wake up

Hello Bj,
We will help you sort it out. Let me know if you have tried the below steps:
Open AVG PC TuneUp > SpeedUp > background and startup programs > scroll down > sleeping app > look for Adobe and try to awake it.

Adobe was put to sleep because it wasn't being used very much.  It use to wake up when needed, but no longer is.  How can it be permanently awoken.  I need it more often now.
