But all I can find is opting out of personalised ads, which according to the info doesn't stop the ads themselves.
Recently I've been getting ads while doing searches on google and non of the software I use to scan for cause, including yours seemed to have located the cause.
I have taken a copy of the one of the ads using Chromes inspect feature

This are provided by the search engines as they provide funds to the search engine by displaying their ads.
