Ads with paid subscription

I have purchased AVG Ultimate and it claims that I get AVG Pro for Android yet all I get is the free version with ads. When I want to remove the ads I get offered an upgrade. I feel like I have been defrauded and am very unhappy. Please sort this out or I will not be renewing my subscription.

I request you to open the installed AVG Free app. > Tap on drawer (3 lines) on top-left of the app. > Select AVG Account. > Enter your My Account email address and password. The paid app will be installed automatically.
