Advanced firewall blocking file and printer sharing

1.Open AVG Internet Security and click the Web & Email tile on the main application screen.
2.Click Settings (the gear icon) in the top-right corner of the screen.
3.Click Basic protection ▸ Enhanced Firewall in the left panel.
4.Please check the box Allow Internet Connection sharing mode.
If issue still persists please let us know.

I have recently installed AVG onto new desktop. We have a small sharing networks we use at home.

When advanced firewall is engaged the new desktop is not accesible from other computers on network. A notice comes up that a Brute force threat ahs been detected.

I have tried all the suggestions on this board but am having no luck.

I having same issue and only work after turning off the advanced firewall.
