  1. Hi       I have a problem where advanced firewall will not always turn on and when it does it often turns off again. I receive a message from windows 10 that both AVg and defender firewalls are off.  When I look at windows security it tells me that the fire wall is unprotected.  I notice that others have had similar problems and that they were advised to uninstall and reinstall. However this requires a password which I have changed twice and it still refuses to let me uninstall without sending me to a repair or change window which again refuses to recognise my changed password.   Please, where to from here?
