Advanced Firewall?

Hello, the problem is that I installed AVG antivirus and enabled advanced firewall, however as soon as I did so, the Cloud Computer became disconnected from the network, and I can not connect to it as Advanced Firewall blocks all connections by default.

First, when you say that you installed "Advanced Firewall" on your PC, do you mean AVG Antivirus Free?
If yes, please refer to this article and temporarily disable the individual components of your AVG Antivirus Free one by one to narrow down the cause of this issue.

Yo so basically i was using Shadow.Tech cloud pc and after installing advanced firewall I can no longer access my cloud computer as I think it blocked every single connection to the pc. Is there some way to fix that?

I understand that after installing AVG Antivirus and turning on the firewall made you lose connections with Cloud computer. I suggest you to follow the below instructions it may help you with this issue.

  • Open AVG Internet Security.
  • Click the Web & Email.
  • Click Open above Enhanced Firewall.
  • Select the Networks tab.
  • Click Show settings next to the current network which you are connected with.
  • Change it to I trust this network. 
If the issue persists please refer to this article and temporarily disable the individual components of your AVG Antivirus Free one by one to narrow down the cause of this issue.
