Every one I try to download Avanced System Care it gets quarantined. Why?

Do you receive any threat detection/error message from AVG? If yes, share the screenshot of the same to assist further.
As you have an active AVG Internet Multi-device and AVG TuneUp Unlimited subscriptions, it is not necessary to download another program to protect your PC. It is generally not recommended to use more than one security solution on a single system. They will compete for resources, which may result in slowdowns, crashes or in no protection at all.
