Advertisements on a website

Hi Mark,

We're sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Please reset your AVG Secure Browser as mentioned in this article & check if the issue persists.
Keep us updated.

Hope someone can advise please.

When I look at a website that I regularly view using AVG Secure Browser I am plagued by photos appearing on it with the word 'Advertisement' above it. These are nothing to do with the content of the websites and I'm not going to click on one of them in case it causes more problems.

This doesn't happen when I view the same site in other browsers.

Is it a problem with my AVG Secure Browser settings?

We're sorry to hear that, Mark.

You can install the 'Adblock Plus' extension from the Google Chrome web store.
Please click on this link to visit the Google Chrome web store.
Kindly search for 'Adblock plus' in the web store & add it to your AVG Secure Browser.

Hello, thanks for your advice but it made no difference.

I think it is likely that AVG Secure Browser doesn't block Ads for some reason. On the other Browsers I used to test the problem I have Adblock Plus installed and that is preventing the Ads from loading.

How do I get the Adblock Plus extension onto AVG Secure Browser?
