We'll be glad to assist with your concern.

On checking your email address registered with AVG, I am unable to locate any active AVG subscriptions.

Can you please share us the screenshot of the advertisement to clarify further.

I have noticed that a few of the adds we are exposed to on the free version are scams.  Zazn tools for example.  They offer $300-$400 dollars for $70.  I am all for caveat emptor and all that.  What concerns me is that a company that assures they can protect my computer would allow scammers to advertise through their company.  Can anyone explain this or show me all those wonderful tools they successfully purchased and received?  Thank you.
