after avg did and update 3 days ago emails stop working have to turn off fire wall to down load them
say your server does not support the connection encryption type you have specified

We suggest you to change the firewall network profile from "Public" to "Private" and check if that fixes the issue. To change this settings, please open the AVG Internet Security and click on Menu>Settings>Components>Firewall>Customize>Network profile.

well did that and was no help so did what was right delelt all and got it back to were it was before it add the new program and all work fine so no zin what ever that it i do not want iot all it did was slow the internet and make the emails not work
