First of all, I was pleasantly surprised how quickly you responded to my request. Thank you.
I’m not sure what I did wrong but here’s what happened.
I right-clicked the AVG Internet Security icon in the task bar and turned it off.
Then I went to play Cookie Jam and it played flawlessly with no problems for maybe 45 minutes. So I couldn’t do a screen shot to help you.
P. S. I followed the link to this site but my original post isn't showing.
I immediately closed Cookie Jam and the browser (Chrome) and went back to the task bar, but the AVG Internet Security icon was X=ed out and wouldn’t respond to a right click (or any click.)
This is probably stupid on my part, but I tried to re-install AVG Internet Security. It seemed to be installing, but then everything disappeared and I got the spinning circle. I found the program in file manager, clicked Open, and got the spinning circle which disappeared after a few seconds.
I’m sorry to be so much trouble for a little game, but now I’m concerned that I’m unprotected altogether.
