Hi, Ettore.
We'll certainly look into this. Usually AVG PC TuneUp does not interfere with the email attachments. To narrow down the issue to AVG PC TuneUp, please restore changes made by the program to your PC.

1. Open AVG PC TuneUp program.
2. Click on the Rescue Center on the right bottom corner.
3. Click on Undo Changes.
4. Select and restore the changes made by the AVG PC TuneUp program.

I see that you also have an active subscription for AVG Internet Security. We believe you have it installed on your PC and request to disable AVG Protection temporarily and verify the issue. Right click the AVG icon in system tray, use the On/Off slider to disable AVG protection.

I have followed your istructions relating the Rescue Center and now the attachments works.

I have also disabled AVG protection for computer and email. I will mainain this status for 24 hour, if you need it to find the solution.

I have followed accurately (… I hope) your instructions, but the problem is not solved.

I should point out that it involves only the AVG Registry Cleaner (not AVG Start up Optimizer and AVG Shortcut Cleaner) , only part that I had later to reverse.

If I try to open any attachments the answer is (translation from Italian) "Operation deleted due to restrictions set on the computer - Contact system administration".

For the time beeing AVG PC tuning is unuseless for me.
