After install AVG I'm getting a message from skype Unable to Send Message. I do need help

Initially, we need to clarify how you access Skype. Is it through browser or app?
Please share us the screenshot of the message that you receive for better clarity.
If you suspect that AVG is blocking the access, you can temporarily disable AVG protection.

My user was (email address removed), know I cannot access my gmail account. If I unistall AVG could it fix the problem?
Very unhappy with the product, because AVG is causing me trouble communicate using skype
