On the weekend I installed AVG Tuneup on my desktop and laptop. I did notice that during the process on the desktop several functions were placed in sleep mode.
In the past my emails used to come in to my desktop computer on Outlook 365. Now when I go into emails the Outlook icon has changed and when we get into the emails the following message appears on the screen.
Microsoft: This account doesn't have Office yet. Office isn't associated with billjoy@westnet.com.au. Select buy or use different account,
On top of the screen another message highlighted in yellow appears as follows.
"Most feature are disabled because your office product is inactive. To use free, sign in and use the web version.
Also another strange change happened. After I finished installing AVG Tuneup on the laptop the laptop's front screen page also appeared on the desktop. Also when entering emails on both computers we now get the message that Microsoft Office 2003 has now been opened.
Hopefully you can fix my problem quickly. Thank you. Bill.
