After running driver updater my laptop says there is no output device
I have the same issue. AVG Driver Updater updated a number of different drivers, now I have lost my audio output. The Driver Realtek High Definition Audio shows an error. I tried to revert to the previous version, but this did not resolve the problem. I have tried other fixes including trying to re download the Driver, but with no luck. I now have no Audio Device showing on my computer.
Same problem here! I just updated the drivers and now have no sound on my computer. It shows no input or output devices. Being computer illiterate I don’t even know what that means! Have you had any luck getting sound back?
The fix I received from AVG was was turn your computer off, then restart the computer. The computer will then reload the Realtek default audio drivers. I did that and it worked. Best of luck.
