Hello Toon.
We're here to help.
Did you disable 'Enable tracking detection' option as described in the troubleshooting steps?
After installing AntiTrack, several websites doesn't open anymore. In the FAQ-list, this issue is mentioned. I followed all the steps as described in the FAQ-list. Unfortunattely, the problem still exists and I de-installed AntiTrack. Than everything works normal, but I can not use the advantages of AntiTrack.
Please advice which steps I have to take to let AntiTrack as it should have to work.
Glad to hear that and appreciate your efforts, Toon.
With 'Enable tracking detection' enabled, the tracking is logged in real time which is slowing down the websites loading.
As informed in our earlier post, it is safe to turn off this feature.
Thanks Avinash for your reaction.
I installed AntiTrack again and disabled 'Enable tracking detection'. The result: websites can be reached!
But can you explain to me what it means 'Enable tracking detection'? Does AntiTrack does have less performance / prevention after I disabled this option?
