Hi Gary,
Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
We request you to use our AVG remover tool and completely remove traces of all AVG program and then your AVG PC TuneUp
1) To download AVG remover tool, please click on this link: http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
2) Run the downloaded file and follow the onscreen instructions.
3) Restart your PC when the restart option is displayed on the remover tool screen.
NOTE: Once you have logged into your PC after the restart, please go to C: drive and delete the "AVG REMOVER" folder manually.

I have installed new software for AVG Tune-up with a 1year subscription, due to IBM needed new hardware etc. had to reinstall Windows10 etc. Now when I try and use AVG Tune-up, after logging in, it is saying my version is expiring today, I only acquired new software last October 2016.
