After installing Windows 10?

Hello Niels. I am sorry to inform you that certain files of the AVG program might have got deleted while upgrading to Windows 10. Once you reinstalled the AVG program you can get back the AVG program. My AVG  (PC TuneUP and my AVG Internet Security) disappeared and AVG homepage can´t recognize me. I have both licensenumbers and tried to use them, i have no protection!
About my TuneUP: In 2014 i payed for 2 year, 1computer -order reference Number: (Order Id Removed)
at 20. marts AVG reniewed my TuneUp - copy from my bankaccount under here 
as I can see I have have paid 2 times and I want a payback, please - and I want how to einstall TuneUp again?
The same problem I have with AVG Internet Security. I made a license for 2 years 24.07.2014 order reference number:(Order Id Removed). How can I reinstall that again.
