After last updates AVG block software launch

AVG just agressively wont let some apps from startup and wont let other to launch.

I had problems with Discord (reported to devs and added it exception list), Samsung Magician and many others. It never happened to me before, I tried to reinstall using AVG remover, but after reinstallation it just continue this behaviour. I cant add all my apps to exceptions, this is stupid.

Anyone has or had the same issue?
