Hi Sirs

After we renewed our AVG Business, 2 of my colleagues using Lenovo X1 Yoga could not shut down their laptops. They have to off the AVG then only they can shut down their laptops. If they didn't off the AVG, they have to force shut down the laptops. Kindly advise.
