I'm sorry to hear about this. From your account, I see that you have purchased AVG TuneUp - Unlimited. If you have installed AVG PC TuneUp and it's conflicting with your Internet Explorer then please open AVG PC Tuneup > click on rescue center > undo > look for disabled program and restore them (if there). If you have installed AVG Antivirus/AVG Internet Security and it's blocking your Internet Explorer then please open AVG Internet Security/AVG Antivirus > menu > settings > components, disable AVG components one by one and check which component is blocking your Internet Explorer.

I purchased the AVG Antivirus today hoping to fix the Internet Explorer function. It didn't do anything with the browser or internet explorer service.
