After running AVG Tune-Up

I ran AVG Tune-up for the first time on my PC/laptop. After, it seems to have disabled  my Touchpad scrolling function. Was this the tune up or did I do something wrong? I have been trying to turn the function back on but having difficulty. Any suggestions appreciated. Thank you.
