After scanning AVG has placed files from a commercial program in quarantine

Hello Thorkild,

I understand that AVG quarantined a genuine file. If it is, please open AVG Internet Security installed in your computer and click on Menu->Quarantine. From here select the file that is being blocked by AVG and click on restore. This will restore the file back to your computer. Once this is done, add the application http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-make-exclusions-from-all-scans-and-shields to AVG exception list. You can also send the sample https://www.avg.com/submit-sample of this file to AVG for analysis.

The files belong to the programme. They are not dangerous, and I need them back. The screen that tells they have been put into quarantine does not give me the opportunity to put them back.

I did as suggested in your answer but I do not have the possibility to choose "restore". Only choice is delete, and I do absolutely not want to delete the files. What do I do next??

I am waiting for your answer. Do you need more information?

I understand your concern. Next to delete button, you can see a down arrow, please click on the same, you will get an option to restore the file.

I can choose all vira, but I only have the possibility to delete. The delete button also have a fall down arrow. Do I dare to open it or do I hereby dele all files

Thank. Everything is OK now.
