After seeking a 'Scan Computer" a screen opens asking for a password. I only have a/c Pword

Hello Barry,

I understand that you are prompted for password to access settings of AVG. Please hit enter without entering any details and check if you are able to login with any password.

If you get invalid password error, then you need to remove from control panel and reinstall AVG to fix the issue.

When seeking a full computer scan, on opening the AVG Icom on the menu  (from the  page where 5 headings show … you are fully protected)  I get a new page " AVG Authorization "  … An attempt has been made to enter a protected area of AVG (scan settings…)   

I am  asked to place in a P/word in a white section.   The only password I have (to my knowledge is my Ac PWord… Help
