After Tune Up with AVG Tune Up, my mouse pointer is very lagging

To check if this issue is caused due to AVG PC TuneUp, we suggest you to run the restore all the settings from rescue center in AVG PC TuneUp. This will restore all the settings changed using AVG. After restoring the backups, please restart the computer and see if the mouse and keyboard works fine.

I installed AVG Tune Up and did the first Tune Up maintenance completely. From that time on, my mouse pointer is lagging and is very slow. I might have accepted some graphics settings tone down in the tune up, without knowing its consequences. I am suspecting this is some settings that AVG Tune Up is handling, as for few seconds after start up the mouse pointer moves freely, but once AVG Tune Up starts functioning, the mouse starts lagging. I find the same problem with my wireless keyboard as well. How to disable Tune Up and check whether the problem is due to some settings in Tune Up. If it is, how to correct it.

I am use Windows 10.

I suggest you to disable live optimization. Once it is disabled, the same issue on my side gone
