After Tuneup my Firfox and Thunderbird will not start

We regret to hear about the inconvenience caused.
Did you put these apps to sleep from running in the background using AVG TuneUp? Please open AVG TuneUp, click Speed Up tile, then click Background & Startup Programs.
Scroll down to the list of apps that were put to sleep and wake Firefox and Thunderbird if there were put to sleep.

I purchase AVG tuneup.  After running it the first time my firefox browser and Thunderbird e-mail client would not start.
