Had to uninstall due to continuously running Avg scan after malware 'support scam' (not from Avg)opened up on my Pc (Win 10).Finished uninstalling after a couple of required restarts and before downloading from fresh now have following AvgInstalllog cabinet file on my Pc (approx. 14 mb). What is it and what do I do with it?
