OK, thank you Alan. I don't have any idea if it's a false detection. I was hoping to see if other's have had similar warnings and whether to block this or allow it. I haven't touched the laptop since the warning popped up.
After updating for patch Tuesday on August 12, AVG says threat detected at C:\Windows\system32\spool\drivers\x64\3\printconfig.dll. The warning came up immediately after the restart of the computer while doing the updates.
