After windows 8.1 update my programs/audio stop working

In order to analyze it please provide us with diagnostic output (run it after inducing described behavior) using this tool and please add detailed description of issue.

Im using a HP laptop with windows 8.1 upgrade and avg 2015. About a week ago 1/16/2015, i ran into many problens with the many of my once normal and running programs. My audio stop working and it said that one of the drivers wasnt enabled. So i uninstaled my realtek audio driver with no luck. My control panel would not load up and many regular programs I use did the same as control panel. Programs like widows media player, Microsoft video would popup but never load the media. I have already uninstalled & reinstalled avg 2015 & downloaded advanced system care with no luck. I heard that avg blocked some programs but I have no way of fixing them from what I know.
