My AGV hangs on the home screen. I cannot get it to update, repair or uninstall with either windows control uninstall or the AGV removal tool. Yes I am an 'Administrator" user account. Yes I have rebooted many times. The removal tool only finds the AGV Tune Up application not the virus protection app. I get the same error every time I try anything.
