Hi I did as you suggested and go online support, it took quite some time, but my system is now running normally, lets hope it stays that way after the next boot up.
Also ive been looking at my subscriptions and although I have paid for AGV Ultimate, I cant seem to see it on my offline screen, although if I go online and sign in it shows it there, is there any reson for this and is it worth paying for something that is already covered be other subscription I also have ?

I also downloaded windows malware tool and have run that, some times it allows me to turn on but not always, has anyone had this problem and did you find a solution ?
You do have AVG PC TuneUp licenses along with your Ultimate subscription.
Since ultimate includes AVG TuneUp program, it is not necessary to have a separate license for AVG TuneUp.
Shall we cancel the AVG PC TuneUp licenses and add their remaining validity to your AVG Ultimate package?
