We do understand your concern. It seems that the program you have did not get removed completely. We suggest you to run the AVG remover tool again and initiate the installation of AVG Free from this link http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/AVG_Protection_Free_1606.exe.

I have Agv internet security/antivirus on my pc and it's due for renewal soon But I have financial difficulty at the moment and can't afford to renew Yet,
Please can the AGV Gurus tell me what happens when it expires and what I should do please?
I did have a problem with my pc a little while ago and tried to uninstall it and it said on the uninstaller
"Do you want to uninstall AGV or switch to Free AGV?" So I clicked switch and it started to do it but then stopped about 60/70% from the finish…Any Idea's please or can this Not be done with what i have?
I also used the Removal tool from AGV to totally remove all AGV products from my pc and then tried to redownload it but it just kept saying something…installation failed!
I tried this over and over but then had to restore my PC with my acronis back up program
Any ideas what my best option would be please as i need to go to Free AGV for a little while?
