I have been paying AVG a $7.55 monthly fee on the 11th of each month (for close to two years now) for their AVG Internet Security product so it is renewed on a monthly basis.so I don't have to worry about it. (Yes I know it comes out more expensive that way, but I don't have lump sum income to be able to afford the one time yearly fee which is why I used this service they offered.) I am paid up to the 11th of this month, but now I've gotten a message that my subscription is expired and the only option they're giving me is a 40 dollar one time payment. What gives here? Has this happened to anyone else? I mean their making more money from my monthly fee, so why has this suddenly happened? Who do I get ahold of? I've tried the support page form twice and I keep getting put in a loop bringing me full circle back to the same form again. I would appreciate any assistance and thank you in advance.
