AGV quick flashing notice that it's working

I have used every remedy known (checking and unchecking boxes) as stated to stop AVG from flashing when changing websites and everything else on the internet.  Still flashing that black notice that it's monitoring every time, every move.   Does this hundreds of times a day, and only started doing this for about a month now. In the years and years of using AVG, I have never encountered this problem.
