Airplay on ipad not working when AVG AV On

Initially, we need to identify the component that causes the issue. To do so, follow the steps that are mentioned below 'Disable individual AVG component' in this article & let us know.

So I'm using Airplay to connect my iPad to my PC for screen recording using the reflector software. 

With AV ON unable to connect.
With AV OFF able to connect instantly

Tried the solution suggested on here and all networks are set to Public. So it's either find a solution or cancel my AVG subscription and go back to my previous solution that didn't cause this issue.

Any other suggestions on solutions to get airplay to work?
