You can click on the link http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Unlock-a-device-locked-by-AVG-AntiVirus-for-Android and follow the steps to fix this issue. If you face any difficulties, you can get connected to our AVG Mobile support. Please click on the following link ( http://avgclick.me/AVGtechnical ) and fill out your details, select as Android then the name of AVG Program that you installed in your mobile and in description please completely explain about your issue and finally click on Email option. Also when filling out your details choose Yes for the Question "Are you currently using any paid/trial AVG products?" even though you may be using the Free version and fill out necessary details and click on Email option. The AVG mobile team will reply back to you via email with a resolution.
Bom dia, tenho o AVG grátis no meu celular Motorola Moto X Play e eu nunca registrei um PIN para esse aplicativo. Troquei meu chip da operadora Oi para a Claro e disparou o alarme, bloqueando meu celular e todas as funções. Como nunca registrei o PIN para esse aplicativo eu não tenho esse número e não sei mais o que fazer. Eu tenho conta no AVG e não sei o que fazer. Por favor, me ajudem a alterar esse PIN.
Good morning, i have AVG free in my cellphone Motorola Moto X Play and i never registered a PIN number for this app. I changed my chip and since than the alarm rang, blocking my cellphone. I never registered the pin for this application and i do not know what else to do. I have AVG account and i do not know what to do. Please help me change this PIN. I have everything about the product in the box of the cellphone since when i bought.
