Are you trying to log into your AVG my account using (****@t-online.de) credentials?
where can I see how long my TuneUp is aktivated? On aktivation it only says that it is aktivated but not for which time? I bought a new aktivation code at a certified reseller, should be for two years, but how to proof it?
Like you can see. there is no TU registerd in my account.
About the message on trying to register the other TU it says:
"Your AVG-selling-number si already registered in our database"

Yes, you have already registered your AVG PC Tuneup license number (Sales Key) and it is valid till 2019.4.5.
Unfortunately, the products which are purchased from Reseller won't sync with AVG My Account.
If you have activated AVG PC Tuneup using its license number, it should be valid till 2019.
I also bought a 3-computer license and aktivated one computer. When I tried to register it I get the message "Ihre AVG-Verkaufsnummer wurde bereits in unserer Datenbank registriert". But I even cannot see my TU-subscription you mentioned.
